He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Fowler and Anthonyamma Fowler; and his sister Mary Thomas (Seeho Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Kulusum Bai Injety Fowler; his children, J. Steven Fowler (Jennifer Conrad Fowler) and Sylvia K. Fowler Adams (Bruce J. Adams); his grandchildren, Samantha L. Fowler, Matthew J. Adams, Daniel M. Adams and Leah K. Fowler; and his siblings, John Fowler (Mary Fowler) and Elizabeth Rajan (Arockiaswamy Rajan). He is also survived by many loving nieces & nephews and their children, extended family, and close friends.
