He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Truman Call and Bernice Johnson Call; and his brothers, Melvin Kendell and Marvin Denzell. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Douglas (Lisa) and Lori Call of Santa Barbara; and his granddaughters, Erin Almaraz (Matt) and Janna Call.
