He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward McGinniss Saylor and Mary Gladys Saylor. He is survived by: his wife Jan; and his sons, Bryan E. Saylor (Julie) and Todd L. Saylor (Luisa). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
