She was predeceased by: her son Arnulfo DeLeon, Jr.; and her siblings, Anselmo Cantu, Santiago Cantu, Sr. and Albina Tellez. She is survived by: her daughters, Maria "Mona" DeLeon of Patterson, Amy Rodriguez of Patterson and Jessica DeLeon of Patterson; and her siblings, Albino Cantu, Jr. of Raymondville, Ernesto Cantu, Sr. of Ogden, Juan Cantu of McAllen, Texas, Josefina Cantu of Raymondville and Santos Garcia of Newman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hillview Funeral Chapels (450 W Las Palmas Ave, Patterson, CA 95363). A rosary will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (529 I St, Patterson, CA 95363). A burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at the Patterson District Cemetery (10800 CA-33, Patterson, CA 95363).
