He is survived by: his daughter Emily Teresa (David Ewald); his wife Sandy; his daughter Danielle Dayton (Michael); his mother Marge; his siblings, Ted Pack (Linda), Bruce Pack (Gaby), Jim Pack (Sue), Don Pack and Mary Anne Nixon (John); and his grandchildren, Elliott, Gregory, Zoey and Ashlyn.
