She was predeceased by: her parents, Winford Kelly and Pearl Kelly; her husband Ray; and her siblings, Donna and Joe.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Owen of Riverside, CA, Tamera Owen (David Boyd) of Crossville and Shawn Wiest (Michael Wiest) of Riverside, CA.; and her sister Mary Tremper of Stoutland, MO. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
