With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Pamela Jean Scott of Perris, California, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by: her husband Leland S. Scott; her sister Joelyn Allen of Prineville, OR; her nieces, Michelle Robinson, Pam Allen, Erin Allen and Mariah Vargas; and her stepdaughter Jill Scott Phillips.
