With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Domenic Anthony Gizzi of Petaluma, California, born in Revere, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Domenic left this world on May 28, 2025 at the age of 69, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmella "Millie" Gizzi (Grande) and Antonio "Tony" Gizzi; and his sister Maria Charles (Danny). He is survived by: his spouse Micky Gizzi; his children, Domenic Gizzi Jr. (Theresa), Jihan Cerda (Joe) and Joelle Whalen (Drew); his grandchildren, Joey, Jaden, Joya, Kellan, Farris and Roma; and his siblings, Anthony Gizzi, Mark Gizzi (Mina) and Chris Gizzi (Linda).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Parent-Sorensen Mortuary & Crematory (850 Keokuk St, Petaluma, CA 94952). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the St. James Catholic Church (125 Sonoma Mountain Pkwy, Petaluma, CA 94954).

“Elaine and I are so sorry that this has happened. Just in the last several months Iv had several talks with Dom at the club. We talked about our kids and he told me how much my son Armand meant to your family and how they always talk about him. I still recall the night you helped us in the emergency room when Armand was there when he had cancer. Dom talked to me how he loved his retirement with you and all fun things you did together. Again Elaine and I so sorry for your loss and for the kids.”
