He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Tool and Marian Tool; his uncle Stan Webber; his parents-in-law, Dave Houston and Muriel Houston; and his granddaughter Ryelee Way.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Tool; his daughters, Whitney Smith (Juston Smith), Courtney Allyn (Travis Allyn) and Kelsey Way (Kyle Way); his brother Kenneth Tool (Marsha); his aunt Elena Webber; his sister-in-law Kittie Houston; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Hunter, Savannah and Tanner.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at 3795 Adobe Rd, Petaluma, CA 94954.
