Though John may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Bettie Finkbohner; and his son John Finkbohner III. He is survived by: his children, Ron (Sandy), Don (Deborah) and Bonnie.
Yet, his true love was bowling-a passion that began during his military years, bowling up until the age of 92 when COVID restrictions halted his play.
Through these affiliations, John built lifelong friendships and made significant contributions to local initiatives, leaving an enduring legacy.
