He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Sovel and William Horn. He is survived by: his sister Dorothy Cook (Aric). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Petaluma Elks Lodge #901 (2105 S McDowell Blvd, Petaluma, CA 94954).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Mark's memory to Wilmar Volunteer Firefighter's Association at 3825 Bodega Ave. Petaluma, CA 94952.
