He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard Sharkey and Hazel Sharkey; his wife Lucille Sharke; his children, Debra Sharke, Richard Sharke, Sharon Sharke, Cheryl MacLennan, Kimberly Sharke, Susan Hunter and Jeannette Fish; and his adoptive son Gregory Hutchings. He was also cherished by 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
