It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Suzanne J. Capella (Petaluma, California), who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Riccardo" Capella; her sons, Richard (Lisa), Gregory and Mark (Meredith); and her grandchildren, Eric (Diana), Justin, John (Andrea), Jennifer (Todd), Elliot (Hannah), Christopher (Lexy), Sean, Nicholas, Fonzo (Michelle), Brittney (Ryley) and Makenzie (Nick). She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Parent-Sorensen Mortuary and Crematory (850 Keokuk St, Petaluma, CA 94952). A rosary will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Saint Vincent DePaul Catholic Church (35 Liberty St, Petaluma, CA 94952). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Calvary Catholic Cemetery (304 Magnolia Ave, Petaluma, CA 94952). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
