He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Genelle Matthews; his parents, Walter and Miriam; his brothers, George and Richard; and his great grandchild Abigail Davanzo.

He is survived by: his daughter Michelle; his son-in-law Faust Davanzo; his son Walter; his daughter-in-law Sharon; his daughter Pam; his son-in-law Ron Grey; his brother John; and his sister-in-law Jackie Matthews. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
