It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannie T. Bishop of Pittsburg, California, who passed away on May 14, 2026, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Salvatore Bruno and Angelina Bruno; her sister Eleanor; and her husband Roger Bishop. She is survived by: her boyfriend Barry; her daughters, Dina and Christine; her sons-in-law, Steve and Jason; her grandchildren, Vince, Devin, Kaylee and Jacob; and her siblings, Bert, Marilyn and Norma. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and a great great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel (2295 Railroad Ave, Pittsburg, CA 94565). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Good Shepherd (3200 Harbor St, Pittsburg, CA 94565).
