She was predeceased by: her mother Juanita (Salvadorean); her siblings, Maria, Jorge, Carmen, Nanda and Napo; and her granddaughter Glenda Hernandez.
She is survived by: her children, Juana Griselda Hernandez, Maria "Lolita" Rosales, Reina Barrera, Julio Siguenza and Carlos Hernandez. She is also survived by the youngest of five siblings.
