She was predeceased by: her parents, David Ruiz Ortiz and Candelaria Ortiz (Carrillo); and her parents-in-law, Sidney Kelly and Safronia Kelly (Levy). She is survived by: her husband Eric Kelly; her children, Joshua and Deric; her siblings, David, Patricia, Robert, Joann and Joey; her siblings' children, Jason, Eddie, Joel, Talisa, Steffen, Thereza, Gina, Vicky and Catrina; her godchildren, Santiago Martinez, Tina Owens and Carlos Ochoa; and her extended family Southern of California.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Pittsburg Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
