She was predeceased by : her parents, Emilio C. Ortega and Mary Magdalene Ortega (Bustamante) of Huntington Park, CA; her husband Melvin J. Sheppard of Brea, CA; her son Michael of Atlanta, GA; and her sister Emily of Brea, CA..
She is survived by : her children, Susan Fisher (George) of Wesley Chapel, FL and John (Nannette) of Cypress, CA; her grandsons, Scott, Phillip, John Jr. and Michael; her great grandchild Fredrick; and her friends, Marge O'Leary, Billy Sanders and Claralee Griffin. She is also survived by four nieces and nephews.
