He is survived by: his wife Deanna Manning; his children, Richard Manning, Ronald Manning and Pamela Smith; his stepchildren, Stephen Harber and Terri Harber; his grandchildren, Tracy Manning and Joshua Smith; his stepgrandchildren, Christian Harber and Jordan Harber; his great grandchildren, Sierra, Kenny, Faith, Asher, Darcie and Charlie; and his sisters, Dottie Stewart and Patty Nicholson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Memory Gardens (455 W Central Ave, Brea, CA 92821).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Samaritan's Purse—a ministry close to Michael's heart that brings hope and light into the lives of those suffering without it.
