Siew Yen Ng Obituary
It is with great sadness the family of Siew Yen Ng announces her passing on December 28, 2019 due to complications of a stroke. Siew Yen was born on Sept. 30, 1938 in Malaysia. She was very active in her church and also volunteered in many activities at her senior living center. She especially enjoyed her yoga, tai chi, dance and exercise classes. Of all her activities, taking care of her beloved family was always most important. She was a dedicated homemaker who was always thinking of and working tirelessly for the welfare of her family. She was an amazing cook and is most happy when she cooks for her family and friends. She will always be remembered as a kind, cheerful, positive and super energetic woman.
Aside from her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Hsin Hock (Johnston) Lim.
She is survived by her husband, Chien Hwa Lim and her daughter, Lu-Hsin (David) Klein of Ohio, sons, Kim Soon (Juan Li), Kim Ket (Christina) and Kim Ong, daughter-in-law Elaine and nine grandchildren Jane, Carissa, Ming Wei, Nicolas, Yen Yee, Queeny, Brandon, Crystal and Ethan.
An interment of ashes ceremony will be held on Jan. 16 at 11:30 a.m. at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4471 Lincoln Avenue, Cypress, California, 90630.
The family wishes no gifts and donations.
