He is survived by: his mother Florence Maggard; his brother Anthony Maggard; his daughters, Amber Maggard and Chelse Angel; his grandchildren, Carter Russell, Cooper Angel and Lucyann Dimond; the mother of his children Sandy Maggard; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, extended family.
