Josefa Zuniga Centeno Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Cruz Ornelas Zuniga and Feliciano Zuniga; and her siblings, Guadalupe Gonzalez, Manuela Cisneros, Lupe Chavez, Gloria Zuniga, Gerardo Castilleja, Benito Perez and Frank Zuniga.

She is survived by: her brother Mike Zuniga (Mona); and her children, Susie Perez, Greg Ruelas (Tina), Rene Ruelas (Stella), Harvey Ruelas, Rachel Ceballos-Montez (Marty), Ismael Ceballos (Dolores), Francella Valenzuela (Sergio) and Fabian Centeno. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Our Lady of Lord Sacred Heart Parrish Chapel (9317 Amistad St, Planada, CA 95365). A rosary will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Plainsburg Cemetery (Gillette Rd, California).
