Carol will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Though Carol is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Carol’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frankie Schriner and Adeline Schriner (Armagost); and her brother Gary Schriner. She is survived by: her husband Deloit Hinton of Pleasanton, CA; her daughters, Kelli Riley (Cody) of Wasilla, AK, Robin Gebreyesus (Alemeshet) of Elk Grove, CA and Deanna Lamb (Mike) of Wasilla, AK; and her brother Gene Schriner (Lynne) of Copan, OK. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Walker Road Church of Christ (3311 S Oak St, North Platte, NE 69101). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family for future designation.
