She is survived by: her brother Walter Stoy Jr. (Kathleen) of Atlanta, GA.; her children, Richard N. Simkins (Joanne) of Meridian and Nancy G. Shaffer (Michael) of Livermore; her grandchildren, Lauren C. Janvier (Jeff) and Lee T. Shaffer; and her great grandchildren, Emerie, Austin and Lucas.
