He was predeceased by: his parents, David Clinton McDaniel and Winifred May McDaniel (Babcock); his sister Ann (Mel); and his niece Debbie. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sister Pat McDaniel of Sacramento; and his grandchildren, Wren and Emmett Seiler.
