He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack McCarthy and Rita McCarthy; and his siblings, Jean and Dave. He is survived by: his wife Lisa McCarthy; and his stepson Christopher Nelson. He is also survived by his sister; and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hollywood Piano (499 S Arroyo Pkwy, Pasadena, CA 91105).
