She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Velasquez and Francis Velasquez; and her brother Steve Velasquez. She is survived by: her husband Hilario Beltran. She is also survived by four sons, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and four siblings.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anne's Church (378 N F St, Porterville, CA 93257).
