He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarvis Edgar Wheeler and Billie Ann Wheeler. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Wheeler; and his daughters, Jenifer Sanders (Bret) of Springville and Shannon Poulsen (Charles) of Payson. He is also survived by grandchildren, and three precious great-granddaughters.
