He was predeceased by: his parents, Alrick Zenas Whitlock and Juanita Helen Whitlock; his siblings, Gene Sr. and Rebecca; and his children, Becky, Rhonda and Ronnie.
He is survived by: his wife Louisa; and his sons, Randy (Kim) and Tim (Cindy). He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren with many nieces and nephews.
