He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennett Phillips and Beatrice Phillips (Dowell); his wife Marilyn; and his son Timothy. He is survived by: his sons, Jim (Debbie) and Charley (Darcy); his grandchildren, Brent, Jenna, Morgan, Jackson (Taylor), Abigail, Chaz, Hunter (Kevin), McKenna and Chloe; his great grandchildren, Melony (Braxton) and Ashley; and his extended family, Angel Rangel and Julie Hatcher. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
