He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Welker Evans and Charlotte "Ann" Evans; and his sister Cheryl Ann. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Weiss Evans; and his daughter Laura Hope Evans of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also survived by nephew and niece; many cousins; and special friends.
A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Alta Mesa Memorial Park (695 Arastradero Rd, Palo Alto, CA 94306).
