She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Lou and Angie; her significant other Mick; her son Kit (Dee); her caregiver San Diego of Children's Hospital; her daughters, Terry, Diana (Greg), Jeanine (Terry), Shari (Jack) and Carol (Tom); her grandchildren, Jenna (Gary), Matthew (Monica), Emily (Jacob), Darian (Mariah), Amanda (Jordan) and Megan (Dylan); her great grandchildren, Khi, Bella, Emma, Talon and Odessa; her niece Diane; and her nephews, Mark and Craig.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Janet's memory to St. Gabriel's Catholic Church.
