He was predeceased by : his wife Anne D. Magoski; his brother John Magoski; and his daughter Mr Baloo. He is survived by : his children, Moe Jr., Suzy Wozniak and Cathy Schloss; his grandchildren, Brandon Magoski, Bart Magoski and Sabrina Magoski; his brother Pete Magoski; and his pet Nala.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to any National Park or the Crazy Horse Monument in South Dakota.
