He was predeceased by : his parents, Sybil Kramer Ross and Steven J. Ross. He is survived by : his former life partner Mona Angel (David); his sons, Samuel and Michael Ross; his siblings, John Ross (Julie) and Leslie Shields (Rich); and his stepmother Sandra Ross.
