He is survived by: his daughter Rena Diane Perez; his siblings, David, Ismael "Smiley", Steve Alvarado, Mary "Kathy" Vargas and Virginia Gonzales; and his grandchildren, Ava, Mya and Gia Perez of Prunedale, CA..

A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
