She was predeceased by : her mother Jennie R. De La Torre; her brothers, Ernest Molina, Ernest Leyba and Jacob Leyba Jr.; and her father Jacob P. Leyba Sr..

She is survived by : her children, Lisa Dolores Pacheco, Jennie Theresa Torres, Jose Antonio Aguilar and Felicia Ann Gallegos. She is also survived by her grandchildren and her great grand child.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Healey Mortuary (405 N Sanborn Rd, Salinas, CA 93905). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion Hall (8300 Prunedale North Rd, Prunedale, CA 93907). A burial was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at the Castroville Cemetery (8442 Moss Landing Rd, Moss Landing, CA 95039).
