We announce the death of Carol Elaine Dirksen of Ramona, California, born in Long Beach, California, who passed away on August 3, 2026, at the age of 80. Carol will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Cutright and Cecil Cutright. She is survived by: her children, Denise Hughes (Dick), Hans Dirksen (Kristen), Danielle Weeks (Dan) and Denae Dorrett (Mike); her grandchildren, Molly Shipp (Hunter), Hans Richard, Autumn Hager (Daniel), Makenna, Izabella and Alexandra; and her siblings, Cecelia Mansfield and Roger Cutright (Janice). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
