With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis Meldrum MacPetrie of Ramona, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 8, 2025 at the age of 82. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Dennis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George MacPetrie and Dorothy MacPetrie; and his wife Christine MacPetrie. He is survived by: Mark MacPetrie (Melanie).
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Bonham Bros. & Stewart Mortuary (321 12th St, Ramona, CA 92065). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nuevo Memory Gardens (532 Ash St, Ramona, CA 92065). A memorial service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mountain View Community Church (1191 Meadowlark Way, Ramona, CA 92065).
