She was predeceased by: her parents, John Marvin and Maxine Mae Dykstra. She is survived by: her husband Mark Loeffler; her children, Jacqueline Wright (Robert) of Menifee, CA and Michael Thompson (Anita) of Chattanooga, TN; her stepchildren, Chris Loeffler (Abby) of Washington, DC and Kelsi Ashburn (Eric) of Chattanooga, TN; her grandchildren, Conner Wright, Warren, Maxine Thompson, Barrett, Briggs, Radford and Jones Ashburn; and her siblings, Douglas Dykstra (Patti) and Barbara Post, MD (Michael).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at the Southwest Church (44-175 Washington St, Indian Wells, CA 92210).
Memorial contributions may be given to the City of Hope in Patty's name.
