She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. Leonardo Chacon; and her son Thomas (Tom). She is survived by: her children, Jesse Chacon (Marissa), Mary Ann Chacon-Thompson (Shawn), Leonard Chacon (Linda) and Cynthia Magno Chacon; her grandchildren, Kyle (Luisa), Anna (Chad), Andrea (Ryan), Alexandria, Mikaela, Joshua and Peyton; and her great grandchildren, Kylie, Luka, Wesley, Jameson, Logan and Nebula.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Green Hills Chapel (27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A rosary will be held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM.
