We are sad to announce that, on January 16, 2026, at the age of 94, Florence L. LaFarga (Rancho Palos Verdes, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Florence is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Florence's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisca Mendoza Lujan and Julian Lujan. She is survived by: her children, Lucille LaFarga-Takeuchi (Dana) and Robert LaFarga (Helen); her grandsons, Alex LaFarga, Nick LaFarga and Joshua LaFarga (Mireya); her great grandchildren, Alex LaFarga and Logan LaFarga; and her siblings, Lena Tracey (Lee) and Gilbert Lujan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
