He was predeceased by: his parents, George Chambers and Virginia Chambers. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Chambers; his children, Bryan Chambers (Maybelle) and Melissa Walker (Richard); and his granddaughters, Brielle and Cassidy.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research in his honor.
