Manzo; her daughter Evie Markulis (Mark Markulis); her grandson Vincent Manzo (Terri Manzo); her great grandchild Lawrence Manzo; her grandchildren, Michael Markulis (Leah Markulis), Matthew Letrondo Markulis (Patrick Letrondo Markulis), Madeline Markulis, Karlie Manzo, Haley Manzo, Jared Manzo and Macie Manzo; her pets, Birdie-Moon, Teddy, Mando, Chi, Chapo and Hank; her family, Marissa, Carol, Yessie, Samantha, Patty, Susie and Taylor; Thomas Manzo (Tina Manzo).

In her final years, Ofelia courageously battled Alzheimer's disease.
