Rosemary Naoma Targos Obituary

We announce the death of Rosemary Naoma Targos (Rancho Palos Verdes, California), who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 96. Rosemary will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Morad and Ida Morad (Walker); her husband Stanley Steve Targos; and her siblings, Robert J. Morad, Margaret J. Morad, Charles H. Morad and Paul S. Morad.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Abney and Sharon Targos; her grandchildren, Nicole Mahany (Clement), Kristen Viehoff (Clement), Christopher Abney and Kelly Abney; her great grandchildren, Vivienne Viehoff, Orion Viehoff and Cleo Abney; her children, Brooke and Bryan; her sister Carol A. Primm; her daughters, Kathy Abney, Sherry Targos and Beverly Clement; her sons-in-law, Charles Abney and Gary Clement; and her grandchildren-in-law, Toby Mahany, Remy Viehoff and Christine Shook-Abney.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Green Hills Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM at the Green Hills Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Providence.
