Robert Michael Miller Obituary
Robert Michael Miller of Red Bluff, CA died in the early morning hours on December 1, 2021, at 78 years of age after a brief battle with Covid-19. Robert, 'Bob', was born on July 12, 1943, to Vivian and Everett Miller and lived in the San Jose area most of his life. He attended Andrew Hill High School and found his wonderful singing voice in choir. Post-graduation, he joined his father in their plumbing business and later went independent. After a brief stint in the U.S. Army and some rough times, Bob married his second wife, Rosalinda Salas, and had a little girl named Jessica. Throughout his life, he remained a lover of God, the great outdoors, and trout fishing - all best experienced in the Sierra Mountains. Bob also had a knack for bird breeding and for many years raised hundreds of parakeets in his backyard, creating a side income. A few years down the road, he met his third wife, Esterlina 'Lina' Reyes, whom he loved very much. She was a true love. Robert's final years were spent in Red Bluff, CA in the company of his best friend, David Banks -- a friend 'til the end. During his time on earth, Bob enjoyed fighting the system, 'word finessing' as he called it, and he also had a deeply spiritual side and we know his family will see him again.
Preceded in death by Esterlina R. Miller, Robert is survived by his daughter Jessica Miller Noj, son-in-law, Antonio Noj, and his grandson Joaquin A. Noj of Framingham, MA.
