He was predeceased by: his parent Kenneth Schweyer. He is survived by: his parent Ann Schweyer (Egge); his fiancé Lynne A. Johnston of Wyomissing; his son Jason Schweyer of Macungie; his granddaughters, Leah and Lorelei; his sister Karen A. Ulmer (Joe F. Ulmer) of Schnecksville; and his nephews, Erik Ulmer of Virginia and Christopher Ulmer of State College.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice in memory of Lee K. Schweyer.
