“Mark has been my only neighbor these last few months. Although he struggled with unique health difficulties, he was never anything but kind and pleasant with me. When i helped him, he would thank me sincerely and say, "thank you. I feel safe here." mark would often become catatonic and unable to recognize or respond to his environment for maybe an hour or more. I believe he was in this state when he was taken. His passing has affected me profoundly. My deepest condolences to his family.”
