He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fowler and Florence Fowler. He is survived by: his wife Noreen; his children, Jerry Jr. (Jennifer), Michele Fowler-Kolbeck (James), Christine and Michael; his grandchildren, Christopher, Westley, Matthew, Shilo, Shelby, Kennedy, Dylan, Jessica and Collin; and his great grandchildren, Karli, Liam, Seán, Ciara, Aurelia and Axton. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
