He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Jean (Jeannie O'Neal), Peggy O'Neal, Patrick O'Neal, Michael O'Neal, Neal O'Neal and Paul O'Neal; and his nieces and nephews, Angela O'Neal-Omtvedt, Colleen O'Neal, Kimberly O'Neal, Penny Lane O'Neal-Sullivan, Jessica Orozco-Ventura, Kendall O'Neal, Mary Orozco, Breanna Orozco, Sean-Paul O'Neal, Neal Patrick O'Neal, Daniel Fierro and Christopher O'Neal.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Emmerson-Bartlett Memorial Chapel (703 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA 92373).
