He was predeceased by: his parents, Tamme Kremer and Henderika Mensinga Kremer; and his siblings, Henny, Simon and Jan.

He is survived by: his wife Elisabeth Den Boer; his siblings, Titia, Jantina (Tiny) and Nico; and his children, Tom Kremer (Nancy), Alice Geelhoed (Joe), Mary Heller, Perry Kremer (Sue), David Kremer (Sandy) and Karen MacLean (Curt). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
